Kelly McGillivray

Ms. McGillivray is an empathetic clinician who strives to empower her clients to achieve and maintain changes that reflect their values and ideal future. She works with people from diverse backgrounds and enjoys working with people of all ages. When working with children and young people she provides a warm, family-inclusive approach.

Ms. McGillivray is experienced in treating Anxiety, Phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder and Depression. She provides support for behavioural issues, low confidence, relationship difficulties and end of life issues. She works primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework, however, also provides Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Couples Counselling.


Ms. McGillivray is a psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. She completed her undergraduate study at Central Queensland University and is currently undertaking a Master of Clinical Psychology at Charles Sturt University. She works collaboratively with each client, to ensure that the treatment plan developed suits their personal style, meets their expectations and assists them to achieve their goals.
