Kelly is an empathetic clinician who strives to empower her clients to achieve and maintain changes that reflect their values and ideal future. When working with children and young people she provides a warm, family inclusive approach.

Kelly’s strengths lie in working with Anxiety Disorders (including phobias and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), traumatic events and pregnancy/perinatal issues (including traumatic birth experiences).

Kelly works primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework and provides Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). She has a special interest in working with first responders, emergency services and defence personnel.

 

Kelly is a psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. She completed her undergraduate study at Central Queensland University and is currently undertaking a Master of Clinical Psychology at Charles Sturt University. She works collaboratively with each client and family, to ensure that the treatment plan developed suits their personal style, meets their expectations and assists them to achieve their goals.
